First addition to this property was the new construction of the 800 sqft detached garage. Two separate garage bays and storage room heated with in-floor radiant heat. The bachelor suite above, which is accessed by a private interior stairwell, contains a full three-piece bathroom and kitchenette.
Renovations to the exterior of the bungalow include remodel and replacement of front porch, side porch and back deck. On the inside, we completely redesigned the main level of the home. Interior updates include modern kitchen, luxury vinyl plank and grey marbled ceramic tile on floor. In the main bathroom a subway tile surround was installed along with a new vanity and sink. New cabinetry has increased the functionality of the main floor laundry. Finishing touches include fresh neutral paint colours and trendy off white trim.
