Renovation to the exterior included new sliding, new front door, stylish shutters and modern hardware. Inside the house we renovated to an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. This included removing a wall, installing a brand-new kitchen, flooring and fresh paint. We finished off the house by updating the main bathroom and adding a 3-piece bathroom in the basement. The basement was also developed with a 4th bedroom, 2 open multi-purpose rooms and a large laundry area. Other upgrades include a new electrical panel, appliances and new windows.
